Friendly Hospitality and Good Food await you at the historic Weaverville Milling Company. This Buncombe county landmark was a working grain mill form 1912 to 1965. Today the "Mill" has a reputation for fine food in a unique historic atmosphere.

Thinly sliced prime rib of beef served on a house baked roll
with lettuce and mayonnaise.
-Blue Ridge Steak-
A half pound hand trimmed cut rib-eye steak, charbroiled to order.
We can blacken your steak or add caramelized mushrooms and onions for an additional cost
-Vegetable Lasagna-
Thick with an abundance of mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, our vegetable lasagna could make you forget all about the tomato kind

Our roasted pork loin served atop of our home made apple and nut stuffing and then baked with our special plum sauce
